At Outlook Travel we are passionate about African wildlife and considers it a privilege to share that passion with our guests. We believe that exceptional service, tantalizing cuisine and a memorable wildlife experience is a good start, but it takes special attention to every minute detail to ensure not just good, but great safaris.
All of us are passionate about what we do for a living and our biggest reward is to see happy guests and know that through our efforts, we have made a contribution towards the conservation of Africa’s wildlife and a sustainable and better future for its people.
Use of Site
You may only use this site to browse the content, make legitimate purchases and shall not use this site for any other purposes, including without limitation, to make any speculative, false or fraudulent purchase. This site and the content provided in this site may not be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted or distributed. ‘Deep-linking’, ’embedding’ or using analogous technology is strictly prohibited. Unauthorized use of this site and/or the materials contained on this site may violate applicable copyright, trademark or other intellectual property laws or other laws.
Disclaimer of Warranty
The contents of this site are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a purpose and non-infringement.
The owner of this site, the authors of these contents and in general anybody connected to this site in any way, from now on collectively called “Providers”, assume no responsibility for errors or omissions in these contents.

3. We will use our reasonable endeavors to maintain the Website. The Website is subject to change from time to time. You will not be eligible for any compensation because you cannot use any part of the Website or because of a failure, suspension or withdrawal of all or part of the Website due to circumstances beyond our control.
All the information gathered in the online forms on the website is used to personally identify users that subscribe to this service. The information will not be used for anything other that which is stated in the Terms & Conditions of use for this service. None of the information will be sold or made available to anyone.
The Site may collect certain information about your visit, such as the name of the Internet service provider and the Internet Protocol (IP) address through which you access the Internet; the date and time you access the Site; the pages that you access while at the Site and the Internet address of the Web site from which you linked directly to our site. This information is used to help improve the Site, analyze trends, and administer the Site.
The Site may use cookie and tracking technology depending on the features offered. Cookie and tracking technology are useful for gathering information such as browser type and operating system, tracking the number of visitors to the Site, and understanding how visitors use the Site. Lead time is dependents on service availability. Should we have tours available, orders will be dispatched the same day provided payment is validated/received before 1400 hours.
Booking Procedure / Product availability
To secure a safari, an email confirmation and deposit is required from the agent, operator or client.
Bookings made more than 50 days prior to departures requires a 50% deposit to confirm.
Bookings made within 50 days prior to departure requires full payment to confirm.
Cancellations made after confirmation email and deposits are subject to the following cancellation fees:
» 51 + days prior to departure » 5% of total safari rate
» 50 – 31 days prior to departure » 50% of total safari rate
» 0 -30 days prior to departure » 100% of total safari rate
» no shows » 100% of total safari rate
Children under 12 are charged 50% of the adult sharing rate per night and may be required to share the parents’ room.
Children under 2 can stay free of charge and will be required to share the parents’ room.
We reserve the right to ask for proof of date of birth, so please do not be offended if we do.
Children under 6 years of age are not allowed on SAN Parks open game drive vehicles.
Children under 12 years of age are not allowed on SAN Parks bush walks.
We welcome children on our safaris and will endeavor to include them on our open vehicle game drives as far as possible.
We do however reserve the right not to take children under 12 years of age on an open vehicles game drive with other guests. This is entirely up to the guide’s discretion. In such cases, we will conduct a special bush bumble game drive for the younger children after the normal morning game drive and/or before the afternoon game drive. We do not offer babysitting facilities and thus one of the parents will have to look after the children.
Private game drives can be arranged in advance and at an additional charge, to allow for more flexibility when traveling with small children.
Packages making use of Private Lodges, may have varying policies, as some lodges do not allow children under 12 at all, while others not only welcome them, but also offer special children’s activities. Please enquire prior to making your reservation.
Inclusions and Exclusions
Inclusions and exclusions are strictly as per each chosen itinerary, unless specified otherwise in writing.
Several of the areas we visit are malaria areas. Please consult with your doctor.
Please inform us of any pre-existing conditions such as diabetes or asthma and any prescription medication you may be taking.
We also need to be informed of any food allergies or physical disabilities that you may have.
No compulsory vaccinations are currently listed for South Africa. Please consult with your travel doctor regarding this.
We strongly recommend that all travelers have adequate travel insurance. Please consult with your agent.
All visa requirements are the client’s responsibility.
Departure and Return Times
We endeavor to collect all guests from their respective hotels between 06h30 and 08h00 on the day of departure. Due to multiple pick-up points, we may have to stagger these times. It is always recommended to contact our offices the day prior to departure to confirm your pick-up time.
On our return, we plan on being back in Johannesburg between 17h00 and 18h00. Again, we may have multiple drop-off points and cannot under any circumstances guarantee our time of return. Guests flying out on the day the safari returns to Johannesburg are reminded not to book any flight departing before 19h00 (domestic) and 20h00 (international).
We strongly recommend that guests stay over in Johannesburg on the day that their safari returns to Johannesburg and can assist with any such arrangements. We do not accept liability for missed flights should we return later than planned.
Pre and Post Safari Accommodation
We can arrange pre- and post-safari accommodation at Outlook Lodge, should you wish. Outlook Lodge is located in Benoni, 15 minutes from OR Tambo airport. The rates include breakfast. Set menu lunches and dinners are served at a minimal extra charge.
Day excursions to any of the numerous attractions in the area can b e arranged with the lodge manager.

All transactions will be processed in South African Rands (ZAR).
Outlook Travel endeavors to offer you competitive prices on current products; you’re total order price will include the price of the purchase plus any applicable
sales tax and shipping charges (on the day of shipping).
Outlook Travel reserves the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice.
Should Outlook Travel reduce its price on any shipped products within 10 working days of shipment, you may contact us and request a refund of the difference between the price you were charged and the reduced selling price. To receive the refund you must contact us within 14 days of shipment.
We accept MasterCard and Visa credit cards. If you do not have a credit card please utilise one of the other payment options, or simply log off and return to the site at a later time to complete your order. All of your order details will be saved online under in the Your Account section available for use whenever you’re ready! Sorry for the inconvenience.
EFT (Electronic Fund Transfer)
One of the most widely used ways of sending money online. Select the option to pay via EFT. You will then have to load Outlook Travel as a beneficiary on your internet banking and use the unique order number in the reference line for your payment. This should ensure speedy processing and delivery of your selected products.

Updating of these Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to change, modify, add to or remove from portions or the whole of these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes to these Terms and Conditions will become effective upon such changes being posted to this Website. It is the User’s obligation to periodically check these Terms and Conditions at the Website for changes or updates. The User’s continued use of this Website following the posting of changes or updates will be considered notice of the User’s acceptance to abide by and be bound by these Terms and Conditions, including such changes or updates.
I understand that all the designs and trademarks are registered to Outlook Travel and hereby accept the terms and conditions. I undertake not to copy/duplicate the trademarks and designs directly or indirectly in anyway and understand the legal implications thereof. Should I be found to be in violation of this agreement I understand that I will be held liable for all legal costs incurred by Outlook Travel for any civil action or any legal action deemed necessary against me.
