Our travels through the country have kept us busy, but we wanted to take a moment to thank you for the wonderful time we had in Kruger last week, with Wayne Barnes as our guide. Wayne's knowledge, professionalism, enthusiasm and advice helped make our first safari the absolute best. The range of wildlife we saw was breathtaking, (and we realize we would have seen only a small percentage of it without Wayne) and we had a great time in the Kruger camps.

We were very impressed by the speed of your replies to us when we were looking to book a Kruger safari and the clear itineries and cost breakdown for the various options that we considered.
Living 8,000km away (I think!), it was with some trepidation that we decided to book a safari over the internet. We needn't have been worried, as all aspects of our trip exceeded our expectations and we have raved about our experience to everyone back home. Keep up the excellent customer service and your company will go far.
I would recommend Outlook Small Group Explorations to anyone interested in safaris in Southern Africa. I was especially impressed by the diversity of birdlife as someone who would say "that's a nice coloured birdie!". This was only possible through Roberts extensive knowledge of bird colouring, song and habits. The birds were the unexpected bonus of our visit to Kruger and provided an excellent filler for when the animals were out of sight/sleeping.

As I said to you yesterday, I've travelled the world extensively and can honestly say that I have never encountered such attention to detail and customised service. From my initial enquiry until departure yesterday, things were first class and all at such exceptional value for money. You must keep hold of Bertus, dont let him wonder too far. His enthusiasm and commitment was a credit and certainly made for an excellent trip for one and all.
I would certainly liked to be kept informed of things about the Kruger and the company in general. It is certainly my intention to return to South Africa and will be taking another safari and I will be making your company my first point of enquiry - in fact I've book marked your home page and have printed off the brochure. As I said to you yesterday I'm considering writing and have thought about it even more and am now seriously considering writing a textbook to support the tourism courses I teach. If I can pursue this (get a publisher, etc) I would like to produce a case study about Outlook Small Group Explorations as an example of a small-scale tour operator, marketing and customer service.
